Can you really come today or tomorrow?
Usually, yes. "Next visit" at the top is live from our diary, not a slogan. Call and we'll confirm a slot while you're on the phone.
What will it cost?
A quick, simple repair or adjustment is shown above at £99.60 including VAT for up to 15 minutes of technician time. Parts and additional time are extra. The engineer gives you the complete fixed price before any work starts.
Do you repair my make of door?
Yes — all makes. Garolla, Hörmann, Cardale, Henderson, Novoferm, Gliderol, Wessex, Birkdale and the rest: up-and-over, sectional, roller and side-hinged.
Is it one visit?
Most of the time. Common springs, cables, rollers and locks are on the van. If your door needs a part we don't carry, you'll get the price and the date before you commit.
What if it can't be repaired?
We'll say so. If you want, we'll quote a replacement at the same visit — no pressure either way. The diagnostic-visit terms are shown clearly in the pricing section above.
